Sendeleistung

Your people. Your place.

Sendeleistung is a chat app for group chats, fandoms and the friends you met online. Give every group its own server, every topic its own channel, and bring people in with a link.

Sendeleistung on a computer: the fan-art channel of a server called afterhours, where nyx shares a finished illustration of a neon city rooftop and her friends react with kaomoji. The same conversation on a phone.
Example server with sample people.

Every group gets a server.

Start one for the group chat that outgrew itself, your fandom, your raid team or the people you met in a comment section. Fan art lives in one channel, watch parties in another, and the running jokes wherever they started.

  • Invite with a link

Drop a link in the group text. People join when they choose to. Nobody is added without saying yes.

  • A channel for each topic

Open as many as the group needs, and keep a private one for the people who run things.

  • Roles that fit

Owners choose Administrators and Moderators. Everyone else just talks.

  • House rules

Post your rules, and new members agree to them before they join in.

  • Make it yours

A server picture, links and pronouns on your profile, and the accent color you like.

  • Private until you list it

New servers are unlisted. List yours in Discover when you want new people to find it.

Not every conversation needs a server. Add friends by username and talk one-on-one, or start a small group chat for the four people who are still awake.

Moderation tools for the people who look after a server, usually in their spare time.

  • Slow mode

Space out messages in a busy channel. Moderators aren't slowed down.

  • Time-outs

Give someone a break from posting without removing them.

  • Remove or ban

A ban keeps someone out, even if they left before it.

  • Reports

Members can report a message, and your moderators review it.

  • Audit log

See who changed what, and when.

  • Blocking

Anyone can block someone they'd rather not hear from.
